Located in Palo Alto, the heart of Silicon Valley, Fuki Sushi offers sushi and other Japanese dishes for lunch and dinner. With its authentic and traditional design and truly outstanding sushi menu, the restaurant is good choice for sushi whenever you are in the area.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos while dining at Fuki Sushi. Once I go back, I will rectify the situation. I had several dishes from the a la carte menu and particularly enjoyed albacore (white tuna), uzura (quail egg) and the unagi (freshwater eel).

Fuki Sushi provides a traditional atmosphere and aims to be a fine dining restaurant, especially when compared to other sushi restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The sushi menu offers a large selection of items of good quality and taste. The drink menu is limited and features local whines and cocktails. The service was outstanding and made my stay a dinner to be remembered.
