Another visit to the infamous Matsumi Restaurant in Hamburg, serving typical Japanese dishes and an expense sushi selection in a traditional setting with tatami room and a wide and open sushi bar.
This time, the ultimate highlight of the visit was a fabulous Sashi plate with different cuts of tuna. The sashimi plate came with maguro (bluefin tuna back), chu toro (bluefin medium fatty tuna belly) and o toro (bluefin fatty tuna belly).
